Encroachment Eviction
The encroachments of both temporary and permanent are being removed through the encroachment eviction team as and when detected by Town Surveyors, Assistant/Junior Engineers and Assistant Town Planning Officers. Every year 500-1500 unauthorised encroachments are removed. Since all the objectionable encroachments are removed, the encroachment fee is not collected.
