Plan Preparation Cell

CCMC has proposed to establish a Plan Preparation Cell in Main Office to facilitate the needy public to get their plan prepared and approved without any unnecessary hurdle. The Council approved the proposal in the budget proposal. The Cell will function in a separate hall in Town Planning Section in Main Office with Empanelled Engineers and a big basket of various types of building plans to view & choose by public while preparing their plan. The very purpose of the Cell is to view the display of thousands of plans, select a few and prepare a fresh building plan of their choice with the help of the so called “Empanelled Engineers” at prefixed charge under the supervision of CCMC. This will avoid the interference of any middlemen; get correct technical support and time saving.
