Regulation of Land use

In order to ensure proper development as envisaged, the Master Plan and Detailed Development Plans, Zoning Regulations, Development Control Rules, Planning Parameters are to be strictly enforced. It can be achieved only if the LPA and CCMC have better coordination among other issues. In Coimbatore proper coordination is maintained between the two authorities.
